Introducing Our Monthly Payment Option
At Splashed Out, we’re excited to offer a new, flexible way to manage your swimming lesson payments. Opt for our Monthly Payment Option and enjoy the convenience of spreading your payments over the year, based on 42 sessions per annum.
This system operates on a 30-day rolling contract, meaning you’ll be automatically enrolled onto the next block of sessions without the hassle of manual rebooking. Plus, if ever you need to cancel, just provide us with a 30-day cancellation notice.
For families with multiple children enrolled in our Monthly Payment Plan, we offer a Siblings Discount of 10% which will be automatically applied to the monthly payments, ensuring that families receive the best value for their investment in swimming education.

Monthly Payment Option - Terms & Conditions
Booking:
Payments are made monthly, based on a total of 42 sessions per annum. This is a 30-day rolling contract.
Cancellation:
30-days notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide 30 Days’ notice will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to 1 calendar months fee.
Once cancellation has been confirmed, any missed sessions within the period will not be refunded or credited to account. Any previous credits prior to this notice will be honoured subject to the credit being within the 12 month period.
Missed Sessions:
For clients unable to attend sessions, 48 hours’ notice is required, if sufficient notice is provided, the client’s account will be credited for the missed session for future use. Credits must be used within 12 months.
There will be no cash refunds once the block has started and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded or credited.
