Cancellation Policy

Our venue holds limited capacity, and many of our sessions sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. This will allow us to offer your spot to another leaner. You may call , or text us at 07783 798377 between the hours of 9 am & 5 pm to cancel. Alternatively send us a message on Instagram, Facebook or through our contact page.

Please note, we only offer refunds in extenuating circumstances. However, if you give us at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another session. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Deposit Payment + Remaining Balance Before Block Starts:

Booking:

A deposit is required to secure the booking with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the block starts.

Cancellation:

7 days’ notice of cancellation will result in a deposit refund, cancellations outside of the 7-day time frame will result in loss of the deposit.

Missed Sessions:

For clients unable to attend sessions, 48 hours’ notice is required, if sufficient notice is provided, the client’s account will be credited for the missed session for future use.  Credits must be used within 12 months. 

There will be no cash refunds once the block has started, and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded or credited.


Full Payment Upon Booking:

Booking:

Full payment of block is required to secure the booking.

Cancellation:

7 days’ notice of cancellation will result in a full refund, cancellations within 7 days – 48 hours of the block starting will be credited for future use.  Credits must be used within 12 months.  There will be no cash refunds.  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded or credited.

Missed Sessions:

For clients unable to attend sessions, 48 hours’ notice is required, if sufficient notice is provided, the client’s account will be credited for the missed session for future use.  Credits must be used within 12 months.

Monthly Payments based on sessions per annum (40) – 30 Day Rolling:

Booking:

Payments are made monthly, based on a total of 40 sessions per annum. This is a 30-day rolling contract.

Cancellation:

30-days notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide 30 Days’ notice will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to 1 calendar months fee.

Once cancellation has been confirmed, any missed sessions within the period will not be refunded or credited to account.  Any previous credits prior to this notice will be honoured subject to the credit being within the 12 month period.
